But it's an interesting part of your story and a good example of the constantly-morphing landscape of our agriculture-restaurant industry. Also, I'm not sure if I've ever seen a wild turkey, but the part about toms "drumming" and crowing exactly fits what I remember the wild pheasants doing in California's Central Valley when I was a kid.
